City Creek Countdown Clock Concepts
I had the opportunity to concept a Countdown Clock that will sit at the entrance to the new multi-billion dollar City Creek Center in downtown Salt Lake City. The clock counts down the days until completion in 2012.
The final reveal. The actual clock was built by Corporate Staging Resources headed up by the amazingly talented Jeffery Berke.

This is one of the final concepts that is closest to the completed clock. I did several versions for the client to mull over.

After a shape direction was chosen I designed all of the elements in Adobe Illustrator. Then built a 3D model in Google Sketchup, Applied my design and textures and then nudged things around until it felt right.

Here's some tighter rough drawings of various shapes. I started out with smaller thumbnails that the client kept and showed around.

Toy Story 3: The Video Game Concept Artwork


It's been an amazing past couple of years! I was privileged to work on Toy Story 3: The Video Game as a concept artist of which I will be posting my concept work here. I worked with some incredible artists on this project and I am extremely happy about the positive response from critics, consumers, and fans. The game was voted Best Family Game of 2010 and has been a huge hit globally, thanks to the passionate team at Disney Interactive Studios (SLC)!
